Made today in my Cake Making class
4 layered almond sponge cake, coffee/(I don't know how to spell it) sugar glaze, whipped ganache filling, chocolate on the bottom, marzipan on top, covered in whipped ganache and decorated with (pretty sure) white chocolate. Another girl made it, I just used her leftover.
Pretty proud of this little guy
Lots and lots of chocolate thought!! 
A little bit will go a looong way! Anybody need something to keep them up all night?!
