Description I get bored, I make cakes, here's the end result

Triple chocolate cake with a peanut butter w/chocolate chips filling (not the same as my Pumpkin Cake , but I used the same pan) Regular chocolate icing.

It took me hours to figure out a way to get this icing to make a rose!! I tried thickening up the icing..then it wouldn't flow! o_O Then I discovered that my only problem was that the base wouldn't stand up once I started putting the pettles on. So I froze the base, added the petals, froze the roze and everything worked out hunky dory fine! Sorry the pics are a little bad, I finished the cake after midnight then my dad took it to work the next morning, so I didn't have much time to photograph it.

'Tis indeed a very yummy cake!

those are some nice roses. have you tried using a sharpened dowel? no need for base, pipe the centre but up the last inch or so to the point and work your petals down, it also helps keep them tight yet full when you pull them off.
