He looks interesting in your style! I like it.
I think the textural contrast between the visible grainy strokes you can see on his person compared to the very soft air brushed clouds in the background is very appeasing to the eye. And I really like that sharp strike of light reflecting off his side, as if he's really close to the sun.
The soft pastel colors you chose contradict Vegeta's hardass personality which makes this picture even more interesting to me. The outcome came out terrifically.
