They're both lovely~ One is more bright and shiny and pops more and the other is more subdued and realistic with a dreamy like quality. Both are beautiful

The second looks like you have improved in the draftsman and layout stage. everything looks 'right'. BUT, I like the older one's color more (I'm a sucker for vibrant colors). Either way, That a good bit of improvement. Good job!

I'm not sure if I should call it improvement, but I like second's facial proportions better, especially shape of eyes and lips - less real, more anime, and definitely cuter. Anyway lips shading and colours, I prefer the first one.
