I'm not sure if this is technically a patch? I went through and edited the coding to hard translate all of it. Well whatever it is, this will change all of your FLELE messages and menus into English! I used Google Translate but I think most of it should be accurate, if it's not let me know and I'll fix it.Anyway this is super easy to set up! If you already have FLELE installed, skip to step four (although you should probably update your SSP program either way).
If you don't already have FLELE:
1. Go to ssp.shillest.net/ and download the SSP program.
2. Go to navy.nm.land.to/ukgk/flele/ and download the FLELE.nar file.
3. Run SSP and a character should come up. Drag and drop the nar file onto the character. It should install FLELE and switch to it. If it doesn't, right click the character, go to "change ghost", and select "flele". If all the menus are in Japanese, right click the character, go to "language", set to English and then restart SSP.
4. Go to where SSP installed on your computer, and go to the ghost/flele_aya/ghost/master directory. There should be some files like 0.dic, 1.dic, and sec.ayc in there.
5. Download the zip file attached to this submission. It should be below the picture above. It should have 1.dic and a readme in it.
6. Replace the 1.dic in your ghost/flele_aya/ghost/master directory with the 1.dic in the zip file.
7. Restart SSP. Now FLELE's in English!
This will affect all your shells, so you only have to do it once!
If you have trouble let me know and I'll try and help. Poking around the FLELE coding has led to me enhancing my own Jockey FLELE with a bunch of extras, but I'll post that up later when she's a bit more finished.
If you open 1.dic with a text editor, I left a bunch of comments in the coding if you want to translate it into other languages. If you're doing that you should read up on how SSP dialogue is coded, or ask me for details.

Hi! I downloaded your Hunter and Smoker Ukagaka but that made me interested in FLELE again (I tried it once but couldn't really figure it out). I was wondering if it would be possible for you to fix the download for this since the link just gives me a 404 error? I'm sorry to bother you over this. I may try downloading the full FLELE you linked in someone's comment down there and taking the 1.dic out of the folder in there? I don't know if it would work or if it would be worth it to install the entire thing for 1 file though. Sorry, I'm rambling. Thanks again for providing this info and your expertise!

The link for FLELE itself you mean? Yeah people keep saying the site blinks in and out for them... give me a sec.
This should be the ssp flele miku zip that used to be on the site , I forget if SSP is bundled with or not. Either way, once you've got the base FLELE then you can just follow the directions in the desc here and you should be fine.

Almost everything is still in Japanese for me. I get some English occasionally, but for the most part it's still Japanese.

Yes, a FLELE plays MP3 files dragged into it while an ukagaka, AKA ghost, can be interacted with and made to do stuff on your computer. (I know it's been almost 2 years since you commented but I thought I would explain anyway in case you still wanted to know '

Download file, unzip file, replace 1.dic in the FLELE directory with the one in the zip file. I'm not sure how to make it more simple than that. Hello, last night i was looking for translations and one of them was with broken JS code around "clear playlist" section. My flele miku became handicapped. I didn't backup so I wanted to download FLELE again but I only found that the site is down and other people also seeking the same file...
Then luckly I found another copy in my backup drive so I could copy back and compare 1.dic files and fix small typo in it. now "clear playlist" option works and it shows "OK | NO" just like in that picture instead of "OK | NG"

Hi been trying to get the Flele.nar but the site keeps giving me a 503 site temporarily unavailable. Any chance you might be able to give a direct link to the download or maybe attach it to your download for the zip

I'm not getting the 503 error myself, maybe try again? Otherwise you can try looking around the shell-collectors group for Fleles that include the program with the shell, I'm sure there's more than a few.

hey zar, its me Urkin-elite, my flele is being weird, for one i cannot get it in english no matter what i do and i have followed your instructions but it doesnt work and the music is super laggy. im not suer what im doing wrong

Alright, I've done everything I possibly can and it won't play any music. I've tried to make it, and if I go through the settings and my volume mixer, there's no setting for my Flele. A bit of help, here?

You mean the basic ghost that comes with SSP? I don't think so, unfortunately, although I have been working on a ghost in English that'll work in SSP.
