I actually prefer them as twins or close to it but I couldn't resist a few more baby Sanses. There's nothing in the game saying who's older after all (and Toby deleted the tweet before you bring it up).I wonder how baby bones eat, they can't really use a bottle or anything. Maybe a turkey baster?

Sans is only older in a Deltarune context. In Undertale they could be anything from twins to a big-bro Papyrus.
And Deltarune isn't a sequel to Undertale. Toby already confirmed.

He fits both well! He looks up to and admires Papyrus like a younger sibling may look up to an older, but he is also responsible and more mature. At least when he needs to be. Which can often be found in older siblings, especially those who spend time caring for their younger siblings.
