EarthBound is an SNES cart and you can probably find it on Ebay! Or just look up a ROM. It is fabulous and wonderful and I can't recommend it enough.
Mother 3 is a GBA game, but never got an official translation. However, there is a fan translation released by Starmen.net that translates the whole game! You'll just need to track down a ROM and apply the patch.
