My grandmother passed away a little over a year ago now, and I have dreams like this on a more or less monthly basis. It's especially cruel when your brain tricks you into thinking it's real, that the person you love is alive and well.Β When you wake up, you don't remember for a split second, then it all comes crashing back down on you at once.Β
