I love it! (btw, i'm the same jessie-james from the ps forums -it's what i use when i'm not feeling very creative) it's really awesome because i have this inability to make anything decent in ms paint. really looks like him, too. ...the page is telling me you want a critique, so here: i like the composition, but i think it would be more effective if you made the nails and lipgloss shine a little less bright. then the brightest things would be the bottle and your eyes, so the audience's eye would be drawn most to these two things, and they would be unified in the audience's mind. it would be even more obvious that the most important things in the pic are pianosquall and the adoring fangirl looking at him. ...if that made any sense. ^_^ toodles.
