Description
I wanted to draw retro sci-fi stuff, but I had no inspiration at the moment so I did what I usually do; pick a character I already created and start drawing.Her space suit is a bit more futuristic looking than it is for her final design, however I drew this for fun and brushpen practice.
You'll get a glimpse of her current design and the universe around it next week

It's fun to draw all types of legs, but I think I have a fondness for thick or muscular shapes

Very cool! The color choices subtly contribute to that retro "Golden Age" feeling, even though the suit itself isn't as retro as it could be. I really like the mixture of classic SF design and newer stylistic choices - and she looks like a fun character, too (love the bangs).

Her final design is much more in line with true retro sci-fi. I had a lot of fun with the suit design here, but it's a one time design
