Description I love science fiction
Books, movies, series, retro, high tech, hard Sci-fi, all of it!
This image was part of a concept, that I know I won't be working on anytime soon.
It was about the old man and his grandson spending time together and watching a TV series from the 60s (The StarForge) on which he worked when he was younger.

I think the concept has a lot of potential. And I love the picture. Posters, action figures, spaceship models, episode tapes, and (I suspect) some or all of those books. It makes me want to watch The Starforge.

Thanks! I was pretty happy with the concept, so I was sad when I decided to put it away. Who knows, maybe in 20 years, if nobody did that story, I'll make it happen.

I got my inspiration from a thresher shark. I designed all spaceships in this universe around fish shapes.

No, as I said inthe description, I think this project is far too complexe for what I'm able to do. I have another project, there already is an illustration related to it in my gallery and more to come soon (I may do a short comic with 05 before that though)

Among the Waves (the project with Marine) is too big, so I want to have some experience before I go on with it. The StarForge is still very vague, I have lots of ideas, but they don't all fit together. I think I could make it work but I don't have the time for that right now
