What Than talks about when she says that “you are I both are about at the limit to what can be supported here” is still a mystery and nobody in comic ever said anything one way or another about her recent (as opposed to “last four years”) growth. Direct comparison of “before” and “after” pictures does not show any differences, too (at least nothing beyond may be 3-5%—and I don't think even Zdemian is precise enough for such a tiny differences to matter).

Absolutely not. She said on two separate occasions that she could not do that: once before a timeskip and once after a timeskip . We don't know if her desire to grow is genuine and if she plans to do that later: she said, after all, “I'm tempted to try it myself, but I don't think I can handle much more quite yet”  (emphasis mine)… but then, she did that after she's gotten explicit request to “encourage” Alexis' growth “the best they could” thus it all could be a genuine desire to become still bigger or just a plot to “encourage” Alexis' growth, but we do know that she's currently is not growing (of if she's growing that said growth is minuscule in comparison to Aleixis' growth).
