Looks cute. :3 My suggestions would be to try shading with darker color, versus black. Also, the spray of color in the bottom left corner distracts the viewer's eye from the character -- in other words, it pulls your eye down from her and leads your eye out of the image, because the colors form an 'arrow' shape that points into the corner.
