For once I actually paid closer attention as to how long it takes me to do something. I worked on this picture for a good five hours straight. My eyes feel funny.Speaking of eyes, it’s kinda hard to get some sort of expression out of these, cuz I can’t use lids and pupils as easily to convey emotion. But hey, that caused me to put more effort in parts I never realized before that I seemed to neglect. Like the mouth. I did more to the mouth than I probably would have had I had more to do with the eyes. Probably can’t tell, but I did D: Tried to use the body better too. Not sure if I did too good a job with that stuff... but damn was this fun to color.
Kinda had this picture idea in my head ever since I saw on of them souls torn away in one of the trailers. Little bit ago, I decided to do it to them twins. Though, it ended up turned around from what I had been originally thinking of. In my head, it was the dying one who was further away, I wanted to show their face instead. But I realized that it was the other one’s facial expression that was more important.
By the way, I kinda noticed something... do the two of them have something hanging off their backs? And something on their foreheads?
Hff hopefully I'll get to see for myself this weekend D:

Off their backs is the thumb of a gardening glove, since they are made out of gloves, and on the top of their heads they have a rough line of Stitching going down the top with what seems to be a thick black thread.

i loved the movie so much. this picture really brought out the best in the twins i think...
i saw it once in theaters and instantly became attached to these two when they came up. i still feel a bit close to them. i do say that if this happened in the movie i was going to cry so hard i would still be doing it this many months in the future XD... i cant wait ti ll the dvd release.

There is a movie called Quest for Camelot and in the opening scene they sing a song called "united we stand" (or something along those lines) and the lyrics go "united we stand, now and forever in truth, divided we fall" and it goes on from there. just thought i point that out 8D

The movie is real sad
I gotta tell you, My friend, when we saw the movie,
was laughing at a really sad part and everyone was staring (

I just saw that movie today, and I must say, best. movie. ever. the twins were so cute! and I this pic is really good! I can understand why it must have been hard to make them show emotion, what with the lacking of....uh...the eyes we're used to. you did a nice job!
