I had very nice references of these two, I made the changes I made on purpose. Lessee… I removed any precursor-looking stuff, basically anything that was bright orange, I removed Gol’s weights, Maya’s outfit is actually based on the one from the game, but I made it look like it was how it may have originally looked before she went precursor-happy all over it (or maybe her outfit was that way originally, I dunno D: ), I made her look younger, and her skin and hair less affected by the dark eco. I probably made her look a little too unaffected and too young, but I kinda wanted to exaggerate the differences between the two of them. Also I had this pesky little story in my head about them the entire time, I was typing it up at the same time, in fact. Not done with it, but I kinda like how it is, so I might finish it and share it.Oh yeah, and I basically did next to nothing else the same with coloring the way I usually do 8D

I like Jak 2 more of the storyline but I think Gol and Maia were the best villains. They should have been the ones ot return in Jak 3 not Errol. I mean Cyber Errol was cool but I think the hwole bringing him back as a insane cyborg could have been handled differently. I am assuming this is Maia pre dark eco exposure. Either way they look nice. Heres hoping they appear in the "Lost Frontier."

This pic rocks! I wish they would have shown Gol and the other sages [beside Samos] in JakII and Jak3.
What camp do you fall in [if there ARE camps] about the nature of the Precursors? Did you like that they did - or were you hoping for more? I'm pretty sure I'm in the latter camp. I definitely was in the latter camp when I played through the game [Jak3] for the first time. I'm gonna go watch the commentated cinemas again just to reacquaint myself with the motives behind the story teams decision. They're making another Jak game [link to come], it's for PSP and PS2. It's also being done by another team.

I like what they did with the precursors, and I agree with why they did it. Actually, I see GREAT POWERFUL WONDROUS BEINGS OF EPIC MAGNITUDE all the time, seeing something like that was really refreshing.
