Heh, I like his expression. X3 Kotetsu here is definitely one of my favorite characters ever, even though he's hardly in the series. He and his buddy, Izumo, are quite amazing. I love them. XD They're so funny. ^^ KOTETSU NEEDS MORE SCREEN TIME! D8 *end outburst* Aaaaanywho... <.< I based his design on the gray proctor outfit seen during the Chuunin Exams, not the typical blue and green outfit. The gray one stands out more, just because you don't see it as often. I also drew him with the weapons he used to fight Hidan with. I would've drawn the conch shell mace, but, uh... That would've been hard. o.o Plus, these just seemed more practical for the situation, anyway. *believes that to be decent justification for laziness* Hmm... I wanna pet his hair... XD He has some of the coolest hair ever. 83
