After doing up my swat kats turbocat VF I starting thinking of other shows that had planes, and I wound up doing this.Sometimes I think I'm insane ^_^
(Might try my hand at transforming the arwing from starfox one of these days

OMG, the Sea Duck as a Transformer!? 
Seriously, "Tail Spin" was one of my absolute favorite shows when I was a kid, so awesome. And the Sea Duck was one of the more realistic fantasy airplanes-that-could-have-been- a flawless marriage between a P-38 Lightning and a PBY Catalina (two of my favorite WWII planes, BTW).
Think you could remake this as a Bayformer now...?

originally I was trying to figure out a way to give the seaduck a GERWALK form but all the designs ended up looking rather silly, so I opted to just stick with a plane and battloid form

That is just about the most coolest epic awesome sweetness I have ever seen! Talespin is one of my favorite shows of all time! I applaud you. I would love to see one of the Arwing!
