Hey! I'm still alive XDThe next comic part keeps me busy, BUT I've made good progress so far (I really hope the details I've tried to put into it will be visible in the end
)Anyway I have to admit I have an other time-killer around
And that would - obviously - be the newest installment to the Fire Emblem franchise 
You could say I'm addicted to it XDAnd with all the digital work I'm currently doing I felt the urgent need to draw some traditional art again (I felt a bit rusty tbh XD)
So here is Dimitri from the Blue Lions for you

Golden deer to me where in the right from their point of view. Their intentions felt more focused on helping the people and expanding relationships with other countries. Edelgard just seemed like a crazy witch lol. Dimitri from what I been told was driven mad cause he loved Edelgard?

haha XD From what I've seen so far that Edelgard statement is true. Dimitri and Edelgard grew up together (being step-siblings) and he goes crazy after he blames her for all the tragedies that happened in the past. He than becomes that crazy killer seeking revenge and being plagued by his inner demons.Ā Ā

I know so little about Fire Emblem outside of Awakening, but I wanna get into it more~

It really is a wonderful franchise
Hm... Awakening is a good one to start with I guess (I think it's also the first one to feature the option to keep characters that die on the battlefield). I tend to choose the permadeath route and torture myself to keep everyone alive until the end 
All in all it up to you ^^ I played a few more, but these are the ones I enjoyed the most. The good thing about this franchise is that (almost) every entry stands for itself, so you don't need to play all the other ones before you start a newer one. I hope this was useful to you somehow

I actually did have my hands on Path of Radiance for a while, but I think I gave it back to my friend and that was several years ago. @~@ I never saw how the story turned out and I need to know!

SAME. I'm trying to recruit as many of them as I can. What's funny is, if you play as female Byleth, you can pretty much just breathe, and Sylvain will join you LOL

XD no worries. The golden Deer ist my second playthrough (the one I was talking of earlier). I've already completed the blue lions route š Lysithea is a beast on the battlefield š And I kind of fell for Sylvain I think ^^ (had to recruit him right away)

haha XD He kind of is, that's true. But what I like about him is not his flirty behavior, but the reason behind it and why he acts that way.
If you get into his later support conversations you get to know some of his darker past and the rich backstory he has with his brother and family (I won't go into detail to avoid spoilers
I also have a soft spot for the whole childhood-friend-thing he has with Felix, Ingrid and Dimitri ^^
I have yet to play the Black Eagle route, so I have to get to know him later ^^Ā
Mercedes is so sweet - one of my favs for sure ^^

I wasn't able to recruit her or anyone else in time before the time skip, so next time I need to work on that.
