Part of my MYth Moments project.
....art book still in the making... probably won't make it in time for Anime Expo. but...I'll work hard. T___T

... they look so sad, Artemis has that sense of lost and Apollo has that sense of longing in their eyes... please tell me i'm not the only one to see it.

Wonderful work! Practically we are watching six deities together in this picture: in the left side, Selene in her form as Moon being guided by Artemis through Nix (The Night), and the right side, Helios in her form as Sun being guided by Apollo through Eos (The Aurora). This drawings connots very feelings relates between them.
Could you make another picture likes this, but with Selene, Helios, Nix and Eos together in thier human form? It would be very interesting to know how are them in their human form

I am writing a story right now, and my character Apollo looks very much like your drawings of him. And my other character Freya looks alot like Artemis. Of course, this was so before I found your art so I'm not stealing, I swear ^ ^
And @MoondancerAya, I think they look sad because when they carry the sun and moon around, they can rarely meet. Rarely see each other. So I imagine they are very sad. Lonely. Longing

Because they are in love. They chase each other but almost never meet. when they do, it results in an eclipse.

ArtemisXApollo was my thesis for my mythology paper. So I completely understand.

This is amazing. The figures glow with the essence of the sun and the moon. It is, in fact, the very portrayal of a fanfic I am working on, the story of a young King of the Sun falling for the maiden of the moon.

regarding usage,
I can't let you use it because this is my original character from my web-comic. Moreover, giving credit is not enough in a case like this. you'd need to commission an artist to get a cover art.

I don't particular ship them (not because they're siblings and all); I just find their relationship as something fragile because of their personalities that tend to conflict with each other. ANd I'm really excited about MOONLESS too (although I'm more excited about Daylight fragments XD).
