their about 12 inches, i'm not home at the moment to measure them, but by estimate i'm gonna say 12,

I love your collection!
I gave up on looking for a reasonably priced tickled pink and i wanted moonglo so bad.but im not willing to pay that much for one...so i bought two rainbow brites to mod into them instead.
also gonna get a red butler to mod into buddy blue because he's impossible to find now.

Beautiful collection of dolls! What about the horses Starlite, Skydancer, and Sunriser and the pets Puppy Brite and Kitty Brite and the actual Sprites, not the tiny ones that was attached to the original dolls?
Didnt Hallmark release two versions of Moonglow and Stormy dolls years ago?
Looking up some info, I think you have the shimmery Moonglow doll. Im not sure about what you meant about a custom Stormy... unless you meant there was a dress up version of Stormy and as of Moonglow as well that never got to be released after the show got canceled.

i have starlite and puppy brite! not sure if they count as the original though, because i found them in hot topic, still awsome to have though. i might get sunriser someday but a cheap one lol.but i'm currently broke lol.
not really into collecting the actual sprites etc. but if u need a reference page i kno a good site for you.
if u google (ghost of a doll) its basically an 80's toy info page, with some really great pics and detailed information.
i really think there was only one moonglow she came in the same series as "dress up rainbow", except moonglow was supposedly only released in germany. and stormy was only a prototype. so when i mean custom, there are ppl willing to make a doll up, usually they do it by using another doll as a base, in this case.

I know a lot of sites. The Ghost of A Doll page is my favorite reference page for Rainbow Brite toys.
Guess im kinda wrong and right at the same time. There are two versions of Moonglow. The 1980s shimmery/dressup version - ( i thought they were separate versions, but apparently they are the same thing so thats where im wrong) and the "rebooted" Moonglow - I dont like her new changes. The punk style doesnt suit her at all. That style belongs to Stormy.

oh yes you mean the new moonglow by playmate toys. i know they ruined her, and got her image ripped off from stormy, they minds well of just made her stormy. though atleast the rainbow brite and tickled pink came out nice. i wanna own them eventually.

I have to agree with you about the new Rainbow Brite and Tickled Pink. They look just like their younger selves, but a little bit grown up.
I was surprised that they gave Moonglow a horse, which makes me think of your line about Stormy. It's possible that they decided to merge Stormy and Moonglow into one girl since the punk style is Stormy's and she had Skydancer while the original Moonglow relied on Nite Sprite and her power of invisibility. Shimmer even looked awfully similar to Skydancer. That worries me a bit since Moonglow and Stormy were my favorites from the show, even though they were introduced so late into the cartoon series and the toy line.

lol if we manage to get stormy in the lime i'll be both shocked and happy, but somehow i dont see them doing it. otherwise she would have been released with moonglow, unless there just testing out these new dolls and if they sell well, maybe more will be added. if they did make a stormy it'd be nice if they did a skydancer as well.

lol yes very much so<3 and that's considered cheap for her actually. i seen ppl pay $250-$300. so i was so happy when i was able to get her for less. i treasure her so much.

Is Moon Glow an actual girl of Rainbow Brite? Same question for Tickled Pink

yes they are actual characters, tickled pink appeared in the movie and the episode horse of a different color. as far as moon glow i think the episode is called rainbow night,
