And here's the fourth on of the serie!

haha, it's a he btw... I think he looks a little bit girly with is lips... but they are so lovely xD

I didn't know at all how to make him look like... I mean, Termina is supposed to be a parallel World of Hyrule... Originally he was supposed to be a sort of Harlequin, but I decided he should be a scientist instead since, well, he actually owns an obsevatory and an oceanic lab, AND invented the Pictograph

For his clothes, the only reference I really had was Kafei... so I did my best to not make him look like him ):

His four locks refers to the four parts of Termina (South, North, East and West)

The amnesia thing refers to Majora's Mask gameplay, those who played it knows what I'm talking about : D The "never forget schedule", rock falling every 72 hours and love for Masks also refers to the game.

I didn't wrote it... but he's the first and only one to have meet aliens...

Edit: I gave him darker hair and made the lineart darker to
