Nothing much... He's your average Scholar, and a bit of mad scientist. Stellar comes to Hiems mansion when he learns about the Moon tower, where all kinds of Astronomical mystery can be studied thoroughly. And yeah, since he is a wee bit nerd, don't be surprise if he will be kinda lost in a conversation.
He owns a great book about astronomy that can bites people. That is why he's wearing gloves. Other than that, he also own a big book of spells. Stellar is great at casting magic, he is nicknamed the Star Mage in his hometown, but even though he's very skillful in magic, he rarely used them. He is actually really weak physically... And sometimes he tends to use his heavy paperbacks as his weapon. (Book throwing combo FTW!!! Har har har!)
Personality
A rather quiet man, however, if the topic interest him, get ready for some all day speech~ Straightforward and sometimes too innocent. Is easily influenced Usually, he is seen expressionless, but will act very childish in front of the person he respects. .....................Careful of his pranks, sometimes he tends to troll someone too much when he's bored.Quote

Thats his only signature power, but he is really fast in general, and he can fly a short ways off the ground. Since he's made of dust though, he cant really take alot of beating
