Zelda Nypmphaea Hyrule AKA 'Lotus' attempted to challenge her Ganon alone when the hero did not appear in Hyrule's time of need, but she unfortunately underestimated her power and lost her memory as a side-effect to her Triforce piece protecting her. Formerly serious-natured and almost as stoic as a brick, she's now free-spirited/spunky and extremely curious about everything around her.Legend of Zelda © Nintendo

Well, he CAN move. He just can't talk and is kinda like a Goron(in terms of strength and walking speed) until the curse is lifted.
