my half of an art trade with *MoonsongWolf
its of her character, Star. her half was really nice: [link] so i felt compelled to make this as good as i could xD im not 100% happy with it... but it was fun x3 and thats what art trades are for YAY.this probably took longer than it should have... but i had a lot of interruptions so i dont know exactly how many hours it took >.< but it was done in 9 layers with a chalk brush at 100% opacity at varying sizes ((because i love using chalk brush xD)). the music of choice during the "inspiring" early stages was music by Ray Lynch. it was helpful for setting a mood
i never have a clue on what to title most of my pictures, so i will sometimes pick titles by randomizing songs on my media player and seeing what titles come up. the random song title of choice today is really well-known and good, so a

Oh, this is beautiful!
I love the background. The little beams of light breaking through the clouds, the scattered flowers, and the slightly rippling lake... I just had to stare at that background forever to take in all of the little details! I can tell that you put a lot of creativity and effort into it.
The character interaction is very well portrayed. I love the pose and feather detail in the bird, as well as Star's peaceful expression. The fur texturing and anatomy are just perfect, too.
This gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling inside. I just love it! Thanks so much for the trade.
