First mission/round of 's SW tournament:
You guys need a leader too, but you aren't going to sit down and discuss it quietly, like those namby pampy heroes! Oh no - you're going to FIGHT! This is your chance to show the others who is boss, or just that they should leave you alone!
The speech:
Steero: What if those heroes had been real? I see at least one of us has already been badly damaged. No doubt, their lack of battles are making the heroes progress faster in electing a leader than it is for us. And the way we carry it out their candidate will be much more competent than ours. If we find our leader through fighting, it will likely be the strongest to come out on top. The strong who we'd need most out there battling heroes, and most likely more fit there than for taking strategic practical decisions in pressured situations. Meanwhile, all our excellent strategists are out in the field, getting beat up by more battleexperienced heroes. Giving the leader position to whoever is strongest or whoever happens to want it, will be taking a huge risk on our part. A risk I personally am not willing to take.
Dr. Ignatious: REMEMBER WHAT THE BEYONDER SAID! "Slay your enemies!" That means either WE slay THEM or THEY'LL slay US!
Steero: The leader will only be in charge here, not when we return home. I propose that we give the different tasks to the people most qualified for them.
Dr. Ignatious: All our warriors should rejoice! THEY will be the ones to personally tear those heroes apart.
Steero: We need out overall leader and warriors. And a technical- and medical facility to make sure everyone gets all the enhancements needed to carry through this war.
Where your place is, I hope you'll give proper thought, rather than just reaching for the most glamorous title.

Not sure about "good" leaders, then we think of the group we got here in the villains. But Ritualist, Dr. Ignatious and Silver Scarab all seem mentionable candidates.

Great page - Steero and Ignatious have made a strong case here for getting organised without just relying on the strongest to lead - but will the villains listen? I wonder... Anyway I especially like the fact you've gone to the trouble of drawing so many of the other characters here - a really nice page.

It was a bitch to ink I'll tell you that. I tried to get all the villains in here, not sure if I missed one or two.
