XD well i was told by a deviant that red's eevee could go to jolteon to flareon then to vaporeon, and i was like oh then i guess it's possible since they were both tested on XD

That's because it was experimented on by team rocket and wasn't in the best shape because of it, later on the device implanted in it that allows it to change at will broke so red used special evolution stones that were reusable :/

Yeah i thought that evolving without a water stone is wired Jewel is like Red's Eevee in the Pokemon Adventures Manga he can change it between Vaporeon,Jolteon, and Flareon due to the help of the Water,Thunder and Fire stone's though it could not change back to an Eevee and Red also let it Evolve to Espeon and it stayed an Espeon it could not change anymore

ohh, well it's a bit different, andensine and shade made it in the lab to be a defense mechanism, when facing a type she evolves to the advantage, then when she wins the energy makes her devolve. Kinda like digimon.
