Actual date: around the week of Jan 20 2009. I would remember... XD it took weeks thanks to school. So I don't know how many hours. X(Ah, and of course the original looks the best.
There are the usual Photoshop CS2 touchings to this one, such as cropping. I really like how this turned out, overall; even though there are things that couldn't be fixed.

Thank you so much. Yup, this is a lot more grainy than the actual version, but I did have trouble in that area.

yeh, that was me! you don't even know how long it took me to figure it out myself! but you go to my journal "tag you're it" and copy and paste the rules into your own journal entry. then you list 10 things about yourself. (i chose stuff no one would probly know.) then you tag 10 other people by putting their icon at the bottom. i may not be on 2morrow but will the next day. like i said if you wanna do it, i'll help cuz my buddy helped me or i couldn't have even just put her icon on here!

I adore the fur and the texture of it. I love how you maintained the stripes in a visible manner. Very tough thing to do. This makes my realistic cat drawing look like a scribble.

Actually I used... 3H and 4B or something like that. I cannot remember. XD A few hard lead pencils and a few soft lead pencils.

Okay. Here I go. The fur is excellent as many have said as well as the lighting. I also like how you managed to pull off the slightly squished face since it is lying on the floor. My only critique is that the nose looks slightly twisted when viewed with your head cocked to the right to see the cat upright.

I drew the whole pic upright. I may have gotten it a bit off, and each time I try harder to match it. I understand that you can't take shortcuts when it's viewed like this. But I can't fix it. D:
