Hello earthlings. Greetings. Your favorite alien is back. Today, I bring you my version of the family tree of Equestria rulers! I wanted to make it up to them for not posting anything since my version of Fluttershy, my dog ate the pen off my tablet, so I'm no longer able to make PSD or Sai drawings.

First generation of royalty:

° Princess Platinum: In my version, she would be a unicorn very spoiled by her parents, hence the title of princess. She would have a younger sister and end up marrying Chancellor Puddinghead, merely for status, even though the Chancellor was in love with her. She ended up having a daughter with Puddinghead, Radiant Hope. Platinum and Puddinghead died before Randiant Hope's fourth birthday thanks to a Timber Wolf attack. Thats why Radiant was sent to the Crystal Empire.

° Chancellor Puddinghead: Leader of the land ponies and totally in love with Platinum. Puddinghead has come a long way, especially after the traumatic events that took place in Equestria. He knows that his feelings for Platinum will never be reciprocated, but he didn't stop trying to win her over every day, the poor thing.

° Empress Midinight Peacock: Platinum's younger sister, she was a unicorn dear and adored by all other unicorns. She would have married the first Alicorn in history, Flawless Aura, who turned her into an alicorn too. She had two daughters, Luna and Ceslestia, both born alicorn.

° Emperor Flawless Aura: First Alicorn in the history of Equestria and pupil of Starswirl the Bearded. He had a younger sister who was born a unicorn and ruled Equestria-along with his wife-until Celestia and Luna were old enough to rule on their own.

° Princess Amore: Ruler of the Crystal Empire, princess amore married young Commander Hurricane, with whom she had a daughter, Princessa Cadence. She was a unicorn seen by many ponies as beautiful and dear to her subjects, until one of her pupils, Ruby Umbra - AKA Sombra - turned her into a crystal statue and shattered it, scattering her pieces all over Equestria. By this time Cadence was learning to walk, so she doesn't remember much of her mother. Since Amore knew how bad Sombra would turn out to be, she sent her daughter to live with her brother and his wife. In my headcanon, it wasn't the sisters' magic that banished the Crystal Empire to the Frozen North, but the lack of Princess Amore's magic. The Crystal Empire had turned cold without the Princess's warmth, so before Sombra could rule the Empire, the entire Kingdom was eventually banished, as if a curse had been cast to stop the tyranny of the corrupted unicorn. When the descendants of the Mane six finally piece together Amore's statue, the princess finally returns. However, she says she already "knew everything that went on in Equestria", as her aura ended up spreading around the world. Amore was proud to hear that Cadence had evolved as a pony, but so upset that she couldn't be there for her daughter - and half a son, after all, despite being betrayed by her husband, she still showed compassion - that when she finally met the Sparkle family, Amore ended up spoiling Flurry Heart and her sibilings. Let's just say that she spoiled Flurry Heart too much...

° Commander Hurricane: Leader of the pegasi and father of Princess Cadence, Hurricane married Princess Amore for the title of prince. His true love was actually Clover the Clever, with whom he had an affair after Amore's "death". That's how Prince Blueblood was born. Hurricane was actualy a heartbreaker before Amore and Clover.

Second generation of royalty:

° Radiant Hope: One of Princess Amore's main pupils, Radiant Hope did not inherit her mother's materialistic streak, on the contrary, she is an optimistic and childlike pony. In my Headcanon, she and Sombra had a brief romance. She was the one who helped the princesses turn Sombra back into the unicorn he used to be. Despite still having feelings for Sombra, Radiant remained aloof, for fear that Sombra would revert back to his dark, evil self. She approached him again when she found out that Luna was pregnant and that he was the father, congratulating the couple. She ended up becoming the godmother of Moonshine Mystery. Since more than a thousand years have passed since the Crystal Empire disappeared and there's no way Radiant could have been alive, in my headcanon, she would have disappeared with the Empire. So when the Empire was brought back, she returned, but she was trapped in the dungeons, breaking free when Cadence used her magic to drive Sombra out.

° Empress Celestia: An indulgent but fair and gentle alicorn, Celestia is the (current) Empress of Equestria, along with her sister Luna. Celestia spent a good part of her adolescence and early adulthood blaming herself for Luna turning into Nightmare Moon. The nights brought by Celestia turned out to be empty, without stars in the sky and without dreams for her subjects. She isolated herself in her parents' Castle to the point where Everfree Forest began to invade the palace's secure walls. The princess then gathered her subjects and left for another place, which she called Canterlot, where she built her new palace and awaited her sister's return. Eventually, Celestia's "light" returned and she cared more for her subjects, opened her school and began training unicorns with high levels of magic.

° Discord: As Lord of Chaos, Discord never saw himself having a happy ending, especially after everything he's done against the princesses and Equestria. After Tirek's fall, Discord was seen as an outcast by the other ponies of Equestria, who had a hard time trusting him again. He then went to Canterlot, where he began spending time with Celestia, until the two eventually married and had Loki.

° Empress Luna: Proclaimed Queen of the Night, Luna is the second ruler of Equestria. She is seen as a serious and distant pony, but is loved by the people. Luna, along with Celestia, the mane six and Radiant Hope, brought Sombra back - one more time - to make him good again. Having successfully transformed him, Luna was the one who helped him adapt to the new era he was in and the two ended up together.

° King Sombra: Despite spending good part of his life succumbing to evil, Sombra was eventually reformed and given a physical form, doing his best to change the way Equestria's ponies saw him - as a monster. Sombra has returned to the humble and selfless pony he was before he was corrupted by Alicorn's Amulet.

° Queen Amore Cadenza: Ruler and heir to the throne of the Crystal Empire, Cadence was born a pegasus and turned into an alicorn by her aunt Celestia just before Cadence became Twilight's nanny. Cadence is careful, protective and adventurous and tries in every way to protect her children from the evil of the world. In my headcanon, Cadance is Celestia's blood niece, not her adopted niece.

° Duke Blueblood: Cadence's half brother and Celestia's and Luna's half nephew, Blueblood is a snobby and selfish unicorn. He was born in Canterlot when Cadence was already walking, after the Crystal Empire had vanished from the map. Hurricane ended up raising him on his own, as Clover died giving birth to Blueblood. Hurricane was a good father, but his snobby, seductive personality eventually passed on to his son. Blueblood ended up having several affairs and one of them was with Fleur de Lis, before she married Fancy Pants and ended up having a daughter he didn't know. He ended up dropping out of the womanizing stage, marrying Trixie and having two children with her.

Third generation of royalty:

° Lord Loki: Only child of Celestia and Discord, Loki inherited the powers of his father and mother. Loki, contrary to what many people think, was not born in the conventional way. He was actually an egg, created with Discord's chaos magic and Celestia's celestial magic. The two were without magic for a while, which is why Celestia thinks that having another child is a touchy subject.

° Princess Moonshine Mystery: Daughter of Luna and Sombra, she is a powerful alicorn. She inherited her mother's powers - raising the moon, walking through dreams and umbrakinesis - and her father's - creating crystals and using dark magic. She has two entities within her that are constantly fighting for control. In my headcanon, Nightmare Moon - or, as I like to call it, Penumbra - is one of the reasons evil exists, the terror that lurks in the shadows, the entity of Darkness. Tantabus, on the other hand, is the entity of guilt. The reason the entities are inside Moonshine is no longer Celestia but Twilight, but that I'll explain another day. One of the things I want and will do is the physical form of Tantabus and Penumbra, after all, all they want is a physical form so they can walk around without having a time limit.
