Description
One of the primary antagonists of Budo-Kid. Evalyn is an evil scientist who continuously tries to capture Kai and Yuu to dissect them and study the secrets of their immense power and inabilities to age.
There are times where she has succeeded in their capture and experimentation, only for the two to escape at some point (from days to years after capture). The woman in the illustration is not the real Evalyn, but one of her many cyborg proxies she uses to perform her experiments. The real Evalyn resides in her lab in a near-death state wile her proxies function independently of her, seeking out a way to make her immortal. Despite all the experiments the scientist has subjected her to, Kai is oddly chummy with Evalyn, even nicknaming her Eva-chan, while Yuu enjoys destroying her proxies at any given opportunity.
