Attacks: Thunder Mace, Discharge, shockwave
Bio: This guy can charge and store electricity in the various batteries on his body, the spikes discharge it. The tail end is more like a mace but only when electricity is charged through it (Thunder Mace). He can use homing attacks and isn't afraid to take a bit out of anything. He can use electricity to speed himself up.
Yes, it's a poke navi and I did use some pokemon attacks for it. Oh, well. The colors might be a bit off, but I'm happy with this guy.
