This looks great. The inking work is fantabulous - It's got a lot of detail, and the contrast between light and dark in the shading really makes this pop out.
The anatomy also looks good. It's very stylized and exaggerated, which looks awesome. The way the fists and sword are bigger give this an interesting perspective that makes it stand out even more.

Beside the fact i Hate DBZ its really good. I was never a fan of the way they draw their people...but you pulled it off nicely..and yes the sword does look like Cloud Strife's...

you did a terrific job on the foreshortening, the overall pic looks very powerful...I like the approach you took with the inking, and the oversized weapon.
I think its a shame that one of the fists was crop. I also think that this needs some work on the background, (and the pencil lines erased?)...which you may be intending to do...so it isn't a critism, its just an encouragement.
Overall...this pic is really good, well drawn, and was fun to look at.
