I don't find this tyrant ugly. This tyrant is actually my favorite out of all the tyrants from the Bio Hazard/Resident Evil series. Sadly, he only makes an appearance in one game from the franchise, and that game happens to be Resident Evil Survivor(or Bio Hazard Gun Survivor, in Japan, without looking on Google/Wikipedia). Your rendition of the Hypnos tyrant from RES(Resident Evil Survivor, in abbreviated form) is very accurate to the original. The Hypnos tyrant has three forms, and of course, this is his final form. Excellent stuff, 
Can you show the Hypnos tyrant the normal way(having his arms down, instead of being raised like it is in the picture), Zerofrust? If not, that's fine. I'll still fave it either way.
