i have done the B^3 in 16g 1/4 and 18g 3/16 but they seems to tight for the 3 leg one,thanks i will keep trying.

The internet is a great resource, and teh googles plus practice is how I've learned.. If you want, you can even coil your own rings using galvanized wire from the hardware store.
