What did you use to make the stamp and animate it?

I downloaded the font 04b24 but how can I move it now to photoshop or microsoft word or paint to put the word on the stamp?

to move it open the start menu, choose control panel, then "appearance and themes", and if you look on the left hand side of the window it should say "see also" and right under that should be "fonts". Then just drag and drop the file
