Awesome Chell cosplay! Your costume is so accurate. Last year I cosplayed as a companion cube. I made a companion cube head out of layers of cardboard. It was soo much fun. I took lots of pictures of people wearing it.

My fiance wants to work on a Chell costume, but we're having trouble finding the orange jumpsuit. Did you sew it yourself or find it online?

Thank you! The jumpsuit was sewn by a friend based off an old jumpsuit pattern that I found off ebay. I've known people to take orange prison jumpsuits and modify them too.

what materials did you use?

Thanks! The gun is mainly pvc, wood, and florist foam covered in bondo. The boots are some go go boots I modded.
