I like this picture. It reminds me of what goes on in my mind every day. I've seen the girl in another piece you created, and it gave me an idea for a character in a book I would like to write. She has a bionic arm (not that large, though), and her hair would be blonde, but half of it would be shaved.
I think that this picture is beautiful. I love the girl's dress, and think the whole picture looks rather steampunk. I think that if you made the background a bit more greyish, it would give off a foggier look, and it would make it a bit more mysterious. Overall, I really love it, along with all of your other works of art.
