Unfortunate I don't know all the history.
Only the part where netherlands 'stole' Indonesia from Spain, and kept her under his wings for many many years, till she got taken away in WW2 (and everything I learned in MAAF)
But which history part do you refer to then?

hmm.. i'm an indonesian so i know what that comic's trying to tell us :3
and yush you're right~ basically, holland stole indo from spain and abandon belgium for such a long time XD;; maybe the comic tries to tell that holland's with indonesia but still care about belgium /:3
