Werewolf costume I made... This is a closeup of his head.He's basically just a head and arms...
Jaws move by a hinge that rests on your lower jaw, so when you talk, his jaw moves to your words.
And you actually do see out of the pupils in his eyes.
Moonbeam is for sale ... serious offers accepted.

Out of curiosity how did you fix yer jaw to the hinges in the scull of the mask ?

The hinges are farther back than where the human jaw hinge sets. Just a couple of bolts and wingnuts, and washers to aid in the free movement.

Well, I didn't have grinning powers. But the jaw was held shut by springs, then when I moved my jaw down, the masks did as well.

They were made out of magic sculpt and a resin cast jawset!

I have this thing where any mask done by me needs to have a moveable jaw.
My newest Ramulus costume is made with it as well... scares people when it opens and closes because it just adds to the striking realism of an animal!

I'd go for real animals if nothing was wrong with them anatomically or I get bashed for making something wrongly. So I'll stick with the mythical creatures.

What my dad said when he was in Wisconsin it sounds fun but tough. I cant wait till we get all of our stuff step up and actually start. We're thinking bout puttin up a shed so we could skin the animal if the person who killed it can't..

Yep, he's still available, I had a few takers on it but you know how life hits you with unnecessary bills and stuff. So Nobody has claimed him yet. I think the price in my journal yays $650, but I'll take a reasonable offer.
His mouth moves with your mouth, you see out of his pupils, and it's easy to breathe in.

Unfortunately, as a highschool student with little money (or job x_x), I'm afraid I won't be able to afford 'em.
But anyway...Have you considered costuming for comissions, or perhaps as a career?

I've considered it.... and taxidermy is my profession and it's really super close to fursuit/costume making... but I'm afraid I'd have to stick with real fur (leather can stretch) as opposed to fake fur (cloth doesn't stretch at all).

I think taxidermy is really cool. I'd rather be working with real fur rather than the synthetic kind.
Cloth really doesn't stretch as much as I thought;
(made a werewolf costume in '04, and ended up looking like a furry caveman. Not good).

Teeth were cast and taken from a taxidermy jawset. The fangs were enlarged into sabers. It's cast from a 2-part resin compound.
