Romano knows how to talk to Spain so there's no confusion. I like that. The romance may be a little lost on delivery, but the end result is pretty much the same.

This probably sounds really arrogant (especially because I am far from any good with dialogue in whatever way imaginable), but with romantic fiction I often find myself feel vaguely ill with the sheer amount of cheese and over-the-top sweettalking. I mean, not that people don't do that in real life sometimes! It's just ... ah, I just like these things much more subtle and non-vocal.
