Lmao, don't listen to him! You can too out train a bad diet! I'm perfectly healthy at 110 pounds and I eat a whole lot because I play soccer and do track every day! So, don't give up! XD

Eating a lot doesn't necessarily equal a bad diet. Bad diet would be a diet high on saturated fats, sugar, and sodium with low nutrition, which is what most canned, fast, and junk food are comprised of. (Also, how tall are you? 110 lbs seems a little too low for the average person. I myself am cutting it close at 115 lbs.)
