Since it's the first day of October I thought I'd ring in October with the King of Halloween, Jack O'Lantern.In my story Havoc Days, the Guardian of Holidays, Req Weum, is falsely accused of trying to create his own holiday and upsetting the blance of time. Being judged by the Holiday Leaders, Req is immortally imprisoned with other dark figures like the Bogey Man and Jack Frost. These villains help Req escape and turn him into an agent of vengeance. Now he's out to kill the Holiday Leaders who put him away forever for a crime he didn't commit.
Jack O'Lantern is the Holiday Leader of Halloween and the King of Hallows Everton, a town filled with monsters, witches, all types of creatures that go bump in the night. Jack rules Halloween with his wife, Catrina Calavera, and son, Sammy Hain. Jack represents all things frightning and scary with Halloween, but don't let that scare you away from him. He's actually a humble character who enjoys the happiness and merriment his holiday brings.

Also, I don't see why not because I think Greg's voice would fit for Jack O'Lantern's appearance and personality. Plus, he played the Gentleman Ghost from "Batman the Brave and the Bold" and Hermes from "God of War 3".

Such a great design. I'm inclined to like Jack O' Lantern themed characters but this guy looks like he could kick some serious ass with his own arsenal of Halloween-themed tricks and treats!
Is he a magic user at all? His get up makes me think of him as some kind of Halloween-themed sorcerer.

Thanks. Yeah, he's got a lot of cool halloween themed powers and equipment. Candy bombs, Binding Mummy Bandages, and Fire Breath
He's got a few magic tricks up his sleeves. Like a cool attack where he'll take off his head, light it on fire and throw it at enemies. Then it'll magically reappear back on his body.

That could work. To be honest I didn't put much thought into this because I was busy coming up with what all the holiday weapons would be and didn't really go into detail on how they'd look.

Maybe he can also summon a swarm of bats that cyclone around enemies to daze or terrify them and an attack similar to Jack's main attack from Kingdom Hearts where he dashes towards an enemy with three flaming Jack O' Lanterns summoned in front of him.

Me too, which is why I made his son a trick or treater named Samhain and his wife the mascot of the Day of the Dead.
