My reimagining of Muggshot from the Sly Cooper games.

Backstory: Mauricio Mugsly came from a poor home where he lived only with his mother. While his mother Marienna "entertained" her clients of her job, Mauricio was given money to go to the nearby dollar theatre and watch movies. The theatre showed old action movies of tough guys who let nothing stand in their way and beat up their enemies. Mauricio looked up to these characters as he was a bit of a weakling and was always beat up by his neighborhood bullies since he had no way of defending himself. Things finally took a turn when Mauricio found a gym and started to work out. After years of working out, Mauricio became one of the most muscular, most brutal fighters in his city and took his revenge on his former bullies by sending them to the emergency room.

Mauricio soon fell into a life of crime that brought much profit for him so that he and his mother could start living the good life. What started with underground fighting eventually escalated to assault and battery, grand theft auto, and illegal street racing. Years of stealing and racing in addition to saving got Mauricio owning quite the amount of money to start a new business venture. Going out to Mesa City, Utah, Mauricio started plans to create a casino/racetrack so he could launder stolen money for a criminal empire. After paying off local politicians, law enforcement, and construction crews, the casino/hotel/racetrack was finally built. Mauricio called his new casino, Muggshot's, after his new criminal nickname and for the fact that he takes fantastic looking mugshots.

Muggshot's Casino became one of the most successful gambling establishments in Mesa City, the hotel was luxury in every aspect, and the racetrack was the hot spot to place bets, yet no one was aware that Muggshot was fixing the races to steal most of the money that was put down on bets. The casino's nightclub was also a popular spot with many bands and singers performing there. Mariaenna even became a lounge singer and she was quite good (Muggshot didn't even need to threaten anyone to applaude her performance) and lived in a luxury suite right below Muggshot's top floor suite and office.Muggshot continued to run criminal activities out of his casino other than race fixing and money laundering, such as automotive and weapons smuggling. Things were going well until a giant mechanized owl landed on Muggshot's hotel roof and proposed an alliance with him and a few other villains to form a unstoppable team of evil that could make all of their larger, sinister ambitions succeed together when it couldn't be done alone. Muggshot agreed to help when the owl, Clockwerk, threw out the idea of Muggshot casinos worldwide with all the money that this new team could make with their united actions.

The group became known as the Fiendish Five and together they took whatever they wanted, destroyed all in their way, and rose to infamy across the world. Things took a real turn when Clockwerk commanded his allies to go after one of the world's greatest thieves ever, Conner Cooper. Attacking the Cooper home in the dead of night, the Five managed to kill Conner as he was defending his wife, Maria, and son, Sly. Maria died to give Sly a chance to escape their home, which caught on fire and the youngest Cooper escaped with nothing but his father's cane and hat. Clockwerk's allies were about to pursue Sly when Clockwerk commanded them to halt. Something changed in the mechanized owl's behaviour and before anyone had a chance to ask why, Clockwerk managed to find the Cooper family's greatest treasure, the Thievius Raccoonus, a book filled with all sorts of techniques and tricks to turn one into a master thief. Since none of the Fiendish Five were actualy thieves, they stole various pages that would help each of them with the paritcular crime they specialized in and fled, leaving only the binding and cover of the once legnedary book behind, empty of the pages that once filled it.

Unlike the other Fiendish Five, Muggshot didn't use most of the Thievius Raccoonus pages in his possession as he was too large of an animal to use most of the Cooper Clan tricks, the only ones he could use were the "Lock Break" made by Slaigh MacCooper and the "Crackshot" by Tennessee Kid Cooper. The rest of the pages were put in display cases just for show and would be ignored by the bulldog boss. With these tricks in Muggshot's arsenal, he thought he was virutally untouchable, that is, until a raccoon was spotted on the security cameras.....

Powers/Abilities/Skills: Muggshot is capable of lifting 1 ton and can be crushed by a car with only a few scrapes and bruises to come out of it. (someone tried to take him out and failed badly)

Equipment: Muggshot needs nothing more than his dual machine guns and his golden brass knuckles which can go right through a brick wall with no trouble.

5) Muggshot loves a good cuban cigar and 20 year scotch.
6) Muggshot has a private gym in on his penthouse floor and continues training to maintain muscle tone by taking on 10 opponents at once.
