Description
This is the first of many redesigned Scooby Doo villains I'm drawing. In the version I'm working on, the monsters are real.Though in this version is an immortal King Arthur guided by Merlin's Ghost. He is 9 feet tall, invulnerable to any physical harm and to magic, and wields a cursed version of Excalibur.

Well, Thomas. You've also inspired me to do a Scooby Doo project familiar to yours. And like me taking inspiration from Marvel Legacy, I won't copy you directly. For example, my black knight is a black suit of armor possessed by the ghost of Mordred of Arthurian Legend.

No, the actual first monster the Scooby Gang encounters is the Luna Ghost. The new version of that ghost has a more personal connection to Daphne and her family.

Shaggy: Look! Like, it's the REAL King Arthur! Dude, like, look! Seriously, there he is!
Black Knight: *groan* Thee shalt hate thyself in the morn', yet alas. (turns around) Where? Where beist thy king?
(Shaggy runs away, just as Scooby steps out, dressed in fancy royal robes, royal jewels and a crown, while holding a scepter)
Black Knight: 'Tis true! 'Tis the king! (bows) Your majesty!
Scooby: Brack Right, in ry recognition for ry rervices to re rown, rhee do right ree.
Black Knight: Thou art most gracious, your majesty.
Scooby: Rin re rame of ry royal rost rajesty, I right ree. (clonks the knight on the head) Rarise, rir roin of reef. (clonks knight again) Rarise, rarl of roves. (clonks knight again) Rarise, ruke of Rittenham. (clonk) Rarise, raon of Ronchelsem. (clonk) Rarise, ressence of ryr. (clonk) Roart of ragnesya. (clonk) Ruarter to ren.
Black Knight: (rises up on wobbly legs) *slurred* Thou art too kind, your majesty.
Scooby: *chuckles* Rots of ramina, ron't re?

Just to understand what Scooby said first, "Black Knight, in my recognition for your services to the crown, thee do knight thee", was that right?

I actually took most of the lines from the classic Looney Tunes cartoon "Rabbit Hood".
As for what Scooby said, he was saying "In the name of my royal most majesty, I knight thee. Arise, Sir Loin of Beef. Arise, Earl of Cloves. Arise, Duke of Brittingham. Arise, Essence of Myrrh. Court of Magnesia. Quarter to Ten. *chuckles* Lots of stamina, doesn't he?"

Anytime mate! Really? That's awesome! People often described WotM as a 3D Rampage, which is kind of contradictary because WotM primarily has a combat focus as opposed to destruction. Also the monsters have just been designed for fighting.
WotM sure is a source of inspiration!

I'm curious on your thought on the ONLY member of the Scooby gang even less appreciated than Scrappy (and for the record I personally HATE Scrappy), I am of Course speaking of Scooby Dooby Dumb

Hmmm, well I'd like to give my opinion on the character but it's been a while since I've seen any classic Scooby series so my memory of Scooby Dumb is a bit fuzzy. I still know who he is but I just can't remember watching him.

His entire character can be summed up by the following quote from the Scooby Dumb himself. "OOOOOOOOOH...Clue!!! dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb!!!"
