My version of Vector the Crocodile from Sonic the Hedgehog. For his new look, I wanted to make him look like a detective who looked more a criminal than his true profession. I got some elements of his clothes from the live action Killer Croc from Suicide Squad. Also his true name here is Hector V. Crocodilius and Vector is his nickname (I mean what parents would name their kid Vector ?)

Hector had a simple swamp life with his giant family of crocodiles, but desired more than anyone else dared to try. He journeyed from his swamp to Empire City to make a new start for himself (along with a new name, Vector), but city life was much harder than he imagined. Vector started turning to crime in order to make a living. He stole from many people and even from his future teammates Charmy and Espio. When his gang started resorting to kidnapping children as a new means of making money, Vector opposed the idea and was beat up and ejected from the gang. Charmy and Espio found him and demanded their stuff back, but Vector had more important matters to address and pleaded with them to let him go to he could stop his former gang. After making a deal, the trio went in pursuit and with Vector's skills of detection, Charmy's keen eye in the sky, and Espio's ninja abilities, they found and fought the gang and saved the kids. Returning Espio and Charmy's things, Vector apologized to them and noted how good of a team they were and maybe they could make a job out of this. The Bee and Chameleon thought about it and decided to have a test run with the Crocodile to see where this team up led to. Weeks later they started the Chaotix Detective Agency and are solving private investigations in Empire City.

Vector packs a powerful punch and is a great fighter. With his headphones, he can tap into radio communications and spy in on his target. His mouth is capable of a powerful bite but on nothing stronger than stone or steel. He could try to, but he won't risk his 60 teeth to test out that theory.
