Description
This is an experiment with various inks, just a few, different types, mostly cheap ones.
I enjoy making these. A few hours went into making this, so it's not just "put a blob and you're done" thing. It's very layered with two kinds of black ink, one blue and a few white inks, one of those a little dirty.Again with my "trademark" sci-fi aesthetic, I kinda see a ship silhouette passing over a white/blue space station or something, a city in orbit... I hope you like it, and see something in it.
A4 format, ready for A4 print.

That makes a genuinely satisfying abstract composition with elements clearly set out and working together. I also like the strong geological feel on this with structures growing fro the surface cut by gash which could only be made by powerful forces.
I find printers ink a good medium for abstract work, too. I think it might have something to with it being viscous yet oddly fluid and malleable.

Printers ink is a great idea, I should try it out, though I am on a temporary hiatus from traditional abstract stuff due to work.

you know Zile. You're too awesome for words.
The colours of this one is just magnificent! I enjoy all the blues, the steel colours, the icicle feel about it, the atmosphere is great. I instantly thought of sci-fi, or James Bond.
you're probably sitting there going why would I think of James Bond. But it made me think of some of the weird things in some of the older James Bond movies and the snow scenes in one of the Pierce Brosnan ones.
One thing I definitely feel that I see in it is a satellite! and possibly destruction or awaiting destruction! Weeooew!

I like to interpret artwork, and make a feel for it. I enjoy especially those artworks created by awesome people such as yourself hehe.
Your speedpaintings are much different to the original Zile I met (which your comic character) but you do all so well with either aspect!

You know what, dear Rae, people change, improve, and I haven't been afraid of change. Original Zile with the comic characters is still there, but he has to provide for himself, because Zile does not have anyone to help him live on in this economically failed country with average paychecks of 200-300USD, 400 for my job. A month. So I took up something a little more demanding and here I am.
All this knowledge in digital painting will transfer to my illustration work, that is one good side-effect of learning more difficult techniques.
And yeah, I'd really like if you'd add me on skype, so we can text-chat sometimes if the time diff allows.

Fino je sroceno, ali bih dodao da estetika ne mora bezuslovno pruzati bjuti, koju ni ne trazimo uvek. Trazim ljude koji se jos uvek secaju reci kitch (кич), secam se da je i kic primljen u umetnost... Cini mi se da si ti jedan od manjeg broja ljudi koje mogu da pitam sta misle o sudaru svega i svacega ovde na DA

Upravo, meni je kada kažem estetika u glavi celokupni vizualni koncept neke grane umetnosti, pokreta, i nije nužno lepo. Ne mora biti, lepo je subjektivno.
Što se sudara svega i svačega ovde na dA tiče, mogu samo da kažem da sve manje watchujem ljude, to će biti dovoljno. Sve manje dođem na nečiji profil i kažem VAU ili vidim nešto što me natera da ja tog čoveka/ženu zapratim... Nekako mi se čini da to jedno kvalitetno sve gubi bitku sa isfuranim i nekvalitetnim svime što se širi alarmirajućom brzinom ovde. Od 150-200 devijacija koje mi stignu u messages, veruješ li mi da 90% ni ne pogledam jer odmah vidim da je nešto prosečno u najmanju ruku.

Ja sam maksimalno otvoren, zadivljen, suportivan, dobro, kitc je umetnost, dobro, digitalno je povrsno ali ima divnih efekata, uvek se nadam da ce se medju tim najboljim crtacima iskristalisati nekoliko njih koji ce se oteti tim strasnim uticajima sarenosti i povrsnosti. Ali sada vec malo sumnjam, ne vidim temu, izgleda da je obrazovanje jos povrsnije...
Inace sam vizuelni tip, moje oci plivaju u tom okeanu slika, a i zelim da bezuslovno sto veci broj ljudi vidi moje slike pa sam aktivan... Nagledao sam se svega i svacega i oci su mi sve okrenutije na istok...
