And I like his new eyes...The last sentence wasn't punchy enough. Try something like "Failure is not an option" or something slightly more ominous and less vague than just 'Don't fail.'
His hands are very nice. The speech bubble shapes are slightly irritating, though, bet you could do a much better job if you revamped it.
