Finally got around finishing this, and im happy with how it turned out. I will say I did trace for the human form (I traced from movie screenshots), because im not used to drawing in the style, so I had to used movie clips for reference for help. Also the big angry dragon in the back has a different light source direction for it.

So he will be part of the story which Mei, Miriam, Abby, Priya, and Tyler meet in Ohio on their vacation. Not sure when I might start it, so I gotta keep thinking.

    Alex Bernad Shin, born January 19th, 1988, in West Virginia, he lived there for most of life, being a nerd throughout his life he loved dragons since he heard about and saw what they looked like. He is the son of Aldin Shin, and Sabrina Shin, who are both his parents, his uncles however live somewhere.

    Throughout his life, he's had little contact with people he could be around, even his friends, due to his family history and ancestry of them connected with dragons. His most revered ancestor Al’ Shin who was the first one to ever possess the dragon form, mixing western and eastern properties of both worlds. His father and mother told him the stories of him, as well as the most retold, the day of The Black Sun.

    A day in which his ancestor became a gigantic dragon from the anger of his home being invaded, which later this gift would be passed down, but changed as an inconvenience due to his ancestors long moved to a new world. This would fascinate him, and wanting to wish to become a dragon one day, which would happen, but not in the way he would imagine. During a day in April, this would change his life.

    Throughout his middle school life he was picked on by a bully who would not leave him alone. No matter what he did, he wouldn’t stop, until one day during April, in a dodgeball match, he would snap. So much anger that he released it, and charged at his bully, saying many things, hurtful, to him to show how much he angered him. It wasn’t until one of his friends said his name that he didn’t realize he turned into a dragon.

    He was shocked and scared, and looked back at his bully who was scared to the core from what just happened. Horrified he fled from the school with his belongings and ran away to somewhere he felt he couldn’t be seen by people. His parents who heard from the school about this looked for him eventually during midnight, and comforted him.

    After this, he and his parents moved to Pennsylvania, and he never felt so lonely, with no one there who he knew as friends, to comfort him. When it was May, he heard about what happened in Toronto which was Pandapoclyse 2002, and he was surprised to hear this, as he thought he was the only one that possessed a form. Now a year later, he and his parents take a vacation to Ohio, Columbus, where he would meet Mei, and his friends.

What he likes is dragons of course, which he has a notebook dedicated to drawing them, along with having a shirt he wears a lot that shows one. From his dragon form his hair has three color, grayish black, orange, and tan to mix in, his eyes are also orange. He also likes 4Town and listens to their music by himself a lot when drawing, his favorite person from the boy band is Jesse, which he wishes he could take lessons from him.

For now his father lets him keep his dragon for the time being, and is still deciding to either let him keep it or not.

For details about his dragon, his frill can show colors for the mood he is in, but red shows a lot for anger, black shows on his body instead for sadness he has from his emotions. For the big dragon version, its more prevalent to the end of the story, which I will foreshadow in it. As of now im happy how this turned out, and I'll probably draw artwork of him hangout with Mei and the others. Another thing his size, would be at Miriams size, so hes the same size as her.
