I have heard about the things happening with her lately and I feel sad for her. As I said on my last drawing of her I really think she is having a hard life and I believe she is doing the best she can at the time. She can never get peace and is constrantly followed by the media. It's something most people can't fully relate to.I think she is such a pretty person still, she's got something special and that is why I still find her interesting to draw.
I based my drawing on a face shot from an interview. I tried to change her look to be more fragile, light and sort of thoughtful. I wanted her to fade out and be created in a light shading to kind of symbolise the fading of a star.
Made with a soft charcoal.

Well done, very soft very sensual and well shaded. The transition from forehead to hair seems under done but its a very nice portrait nonetheless.

I love how she appears like how she used to look before she had new management for her songs and clips, I loved how she used to be. Yet, it is saddening to hear of her current life. You portrayed her so beautifully.

I am not very sad for her because as far as she is now she should know better but I do know that maybe she wouldn't be where she is now if she had just not been a star so early in life....child stars always end up having problems when they are older...i mean look at Micheal jackson, anyways, this is really beautiful...reminds me when she first came out, when she still looked this innocent.

Yeah, I feel bad for Brittney Spears, and her sister. I hate how the media does that to people, it really messes with your mind, this is why I am glad I am not a star. i like the drawing a lot
but i really stopped feeling sad for her. maybe it is because she is all over the news every single day here in the states or just because she makes too many bad decisions in her life. she has to seriously go to a clinic or something and get threaded or at least rest. that would make her a lot better and she would get her kids back!

I had a conversation with my mom saying that the media twists things to make money off of magazines, then she has to constintly try to straighten them out, and couldn't handle it, so she slowly began to break... wouldn't any body?
