I really shouldn't care anymore since fucking everything (and I cannot stress that enough) EVERYTHING is derivative of something else but I don't want to deal with those butt holes accusing me of something. Seriously one of the most frustrating things even though it shouldn't be. Especially if I didn't intentionally make something similar
Ah yeah that's kinda vague lol. It's suppose to be his sword. They use stones that under the right conditions can be formed into whatever shape they want. It's going to be commonly used for weapons because if it breaks it's easy to form the pieces back to the shape they want. Haven't put any though into the science behind it because I'm an idiot but basically they make devices that are capable of manipulating the stones and his sword is an example of that... LOL is that completely stupid?
OH WAIT! STAR WARS USES STONES(crystals) IN SWORDS! I'M RIPPING OF STAR WARS! THIS IS REMINISCENT OF A THING THERE FOR I AM NOT CREATIVE AND MY CREATIONS HAVE NO VALUE (can you believe that there are people who think this way? Usually people who don't create hahah)

Oh lord you have no idea how irritating it is having your character
be constantly compared to another
Like There's this person that always says Onyx looks like a certain character
EVERY TIME I DRAW HIM
But honestly every single idea is already done, and nothing is completely
original anymore. Your knight is cool looking, and even though it BARELY resembles
another character, it still oozes originality - which is what makes it special. (I sound like
some old wise man LOL)

That's all any artist wants to hear even though it's most likely not true hahah You can find a thousand similar characteristic for every aspect of any character. Everything now is a Frankenstein's monster of a lot of other designs and it's not even intentional most of the time. That's why I shouldn't be frustrated but it's still hard not to be
