An interdimensional capital of the United Systems, the coalition of "Conservative" timelines of the United States, and often considered the overall "capital of Humanity" (Much to dismay of USSR), that's all Baal Harbour, tropical marvel. It's located in Florida, US. Once a part of Miami metropolitan area, it became a city of itself after the discovery of Interdimensional travel, a marvel of geoengineering and a first Earth-made arcological system. Why considered "utopia" devoid of poverty, dirt and any urban sin imaginable, it's hardly so since it's only available for the huper-rich, high military command and politicians at the top of food chain. And if entire nations across Omniverse all work on the betterment of such tiny spot, it's hardly utopian.

Still, it's sight to see.

Apart for shopping malls and luxurious hotels, it's also a general headquarters of the HECU Joint Operations, and in some dimensions J-TAG as a whole; despite Soviets generally disapprove the approach, the de-facto status quo is about Baal Harbout being a capital of united humanity timelines due to it's logistic, defense and geographic conditions. It's simple practical in it's operational role. Compared to UN ("Liberal" timelines) capital of New York, it's also a far better public image when compared to dirty streets and hellhole of the failed egalitarian model.
